Glez is a former Olympic synchronized swimmer, she competed for France at the 2000 Olympics and for Australia at the 2008 Olympics. She has worked in marketing and sponsorship for Accorhotels in France, Thailand, Australia and French Polynesia. She was a High Performance consultant and coach for British swimming before London 2012. She became the High Performance Director and then CEO of USA Synchronized Swimming after moving to the US in 2012. Glez is passionate about sports and wellness.
