On this episode of 2 White Lights, we interviewed one of the most prominent 93 kg lifters in the USAPL Chance Mitchell (@chancemitchellpbc). We discussed his opinion on the current landscape of Raw Nats, his opinions on the current state of powerlifting, what changes he'd like to see (realistic changes/"pipe dream"s), what keeps him motivated to continue to compete, and what legacy he'd like to leave behind in powerlifting. We also play a very interesting game of "Word Association" which we discuss steroids and straps. I also ask him to give his "powerlifting rating" and we finish up with a very long conversation about anime.

On this episode of 2 White Lights, we had on the program former 93kg national champion and current 105kg lifter David Woolson (@davidwoolson) to discuss his take on possibly being left out of 2021 Raw Nationals, how hed feel if he was invited, and if he's going to be optimistic or pessimistic moving forward. We also discussed what he'd change about the sport, what keep his going to compete, and his decision on why he moved up a weight class. We also finish the episode off with "word association".

On this episode of 2 White Lights, Me and Steve DeNovi explain the implications and issues with the most recent decision made by the USAPL to cap Raw Nats at 56 lifters and eliminate prime time which essentially pissed off everyone in the USAPL (including myself) (6:45-49:42).
