ADHD Series: Corporate Career & Organising Around Your Strengths

ADHD Series: Corporate Career & Organising Around Your Strengths

Carly is a high achiever, has a successful federal government career, has two young children, and is learning to create a life that works for her family and to the strengths of her ADHD.

Carly shares what it was like doing a double engineering degree at university, working part-time, and taking flying lessons... all while being unaware she had ADHD. Her ambition and success have led her to a fulfilling and stimulating corporate career where over time she's been able to negotiate for workplace flexibility that accounts for and capitalises on her strengths.

We also hear what tools Carly and her husband use to manage their time, schedules, home duties as well as manage motivation and productivity.
