Ingrid Palmer is an award winning inspirational speaker, a diversity and inclusion consultant, program coordinator, and the founder and CEO of Focus On Ability - a campaign designed to empower individuals to triumph in the face of adversity.

As a partially sighted woman of color, and former foster kid, Ingrid has championed causes in the child welfare, disability, education, housing, and poverty sectors.

She and her husband Obed have been blissfully married for 20 years.
