Tragically, she also had to confront the heartbreak of losing her father to alcoholism, making her path to recovery even more important.

By day, Kathryn portrayed a fitness influencer persona, but by night, she battled her demons as a party animal. Realizing the urgent need for change, she took a step and asked for help in February 2020 which transformed her life.
