INFJ Life Coach Lesson: We often hear “don’t dim your light,” but what does that actually feel like in your body? In this video, we’re diving deep into the subtle, unconscious ways INFJs shrink themselves — even when we think we’re being fully authentic.

We’ll explore:

Why the truth of who you are can feel too big to hold

How you might be toning down your brilliance in relationships, work, and daily interactions

The soul discomfort that comes from not wanting to trigger others with your power

And the real cost of keeping your light small to keep others comfortable

By the end, you’ll recognize that every time you consciously shrink, there’s even more of you hiding beneath that — waiting to be claimed.
