Rev Dr Kate Coleman, is founding Director of Next Leadership, a former President of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and a former Chair of the Evangelical Alliance council. She has over 35 years of leadership experience and has been recognised as one of the 20 most influential black Christian women in the UK.
