Dr. Tamir Wolf is CEO and Co-Founder of Theator. After graduating medical school at the Technion, Tamir served as a physician in the IDF’s Flotilla 13 (the equivalent of SEAL Team 6). During his tenure in naval special ops, Tamir was awarded the Medal of Distinguished Service for treatment of wounded under fire. Transitioning to civilian life, Tamir found his passion for the industry side of healthcare and worked in various leadership positions in startups and as a VC. He co-founded Theator after witnessing the unacceptable variability and disparity in surgical care. Tamir holds a MD and a PhD from the Technion and completed the executive MBA program at Harvard Business School.

Yotam is the co-founder and CEO of Mona, a startup developing an intelligent monitoring platform for AI and automations in a variety of industries. Over a 15+ year career as a technology executive, Yotam gained extensive experience bringing data-driven products into the enterprise software market. Prior to Mona, he was a growth and product executive at ADP, and an associate partner at McKinsey & Co. Eldad Posten-Korn, 37, is the founder and CEO of Winn.AI, a startup that builds an artificial intelligence-based personal assistant for salespeople. The company has been operating for less than a year, raised $17 million as an initial investment, and has 25 employees. The idea behind Winn.AI came after leading sales at DreaMed Diabetes, where he started as a salesman himself. In the past, he also worked at the venture capital fund Ourcrowd as responsible for the business development of the portfolio companies. In addition, Eldad had been an active entrepreneur for the past decade. In recent years, he and his heart surgeon wife Roni co-founded 'Shavot', a non-profit organization for girls' leadership. The organization is already active in 26 cities, with over 3,000 female volunteers. Shavot is also the leader of ""Israeli Girl's Week" where more than 100,000 girls and teenagers will partake in activities meant to inspire women this year. In the past, Eldad founded the "The Sky is the Limit" association that promoted social entrepreneurship for at-risk youth and served as chairman of the student union at the Hebrew University. He also served as an officer in the Israeli navy.

Daniel Vukelich is President & CEO of the Association of Medical Device Reprocessors. AMDR represents the interests of member companies that reprocess “single-use” medical devices in accordance with federal law, for use at hospitals, acute surgical care centers, and physician’s offices. The industry has doubled in size yearly, on average for 20 years – all under Dan’s leadership. In 2020, the reprocessing industry saved providers over $442 million in device acquisition costs and an additional $3.6 million in waste disposal cost savings. AMDR’s members provide reprocessed devices to over 10,300 hospitals. Dan received a B.A. and a law degree from the American University. He is a native of Minneapolis and a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars.

Gordon Allott is the president and CEO of BroadPeak Partners, the developer of the K3. K3 is software that takes data from anywhere, allows users to transform, filter, and unify through an intuitive UI, and send it to anywhere. Before founding BroadPeak Gordon was a consultant and attorney in the financial sector. This included advising a wide variety of bulge bracket banks and hedge funds on derivatives trading. Gordon led the energy trading and risk group for Sapient delivering trading projects for Duke, Constellation, JPMorgan, Chevron, and others. Prior to Sapient he was part of a startup (KWI) leading the USA as VP of Business Development and VP then Asia Pac (now Alstom). Gordon practiced as a derivatives attorney, has a JD from the University of Denver, and a BA from Drake University.
