TRAINING WEEKS 

Tess kicks off the training week discussions updating the listeners on her injury status. This allows Tess and her coach (Joel) to have a lengthy chat on what this possibly means for her race at Gold Coast. As for Joel's training week he completes his first workout that was far harder than he expected and wraps up the week with plenty of hilly running.

THE BIG Q 

This week Joel and Tess have an in-depth chat about "feeling safe" when running, which leads to a conversation on the privilege men have where safety is concerned.

GIVE SOME KUDOS  

Joel sends his Kudos to a running trail but has a last minute pivot which sees him give Kudos to an entire area. Tess gives kudos to a new hobby of hers which leads to plenty of laughs between herself and Joel.

Tess throws shade towards a social media trend she'd sick to death of seeing while Joel closes out the segment and the episode with a more serious submission after a listener tagged FTK in an alarming Instagram story showing littered gel wrappers.
