More than Meets the Eye: Plastic Surgery and Pediatrics with Aaron Mason, MD (S4:E37)

Plastic surgery conjures up associations with cosmetic and aesthetic improvements, often in the name of vanity. However, plastic surgeons play an important role in pediatrics for addressing congenital defects, post-traumatic deformities, skin infectious and benign and malignant tumors. In this episode ,we are going to talk through the most common pediatric plastic surgery referrals from primary care.

Dr. Mason is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Children's Hospital Colorado and is Visiting Associate Professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
