Episode 112: Mediate

Episode 112: Mediate

Hello and Happy Monday! Today's episode is with Laura Lorber, mediator for SoCal Family Mediation. Laura gives clients direction and hope and is a beautiful ray of light in what can otherwise be a very dark time in someone's life. She also leads workshops on marriage after children and is amazing at teaching couples to communicate. I loved our very real and raw conversation where we touched on several personal topics and our journey to learn to communciate our needs to ourselves and others. You can find Laura and her links @ https://www.instagram.com/socalfamily_mediation/. SoCal Family Mediation serves Orange County so I'm not sure if they have been directly impacted by the fires in California but I'm sure some of their clients have. I haven't said anything publically about the California wildfires but my heart aches for the devastation happening and I am in constant thought for the victims. If you feel led to help financially you can google "American Red Cross" and donate to Red Cross, who is mobilizing to assist victims of the fires. P.S. I don't think sweet Laura knew that I have a podcast that is "explicit" and I, per usual, didn't edit out my potty mouth. Sorry Laura!
