Yancy: There may come a day when I can't run anymore, but I can still do it right now. So I do it. I run just about everywhere I go.

Joe Gray: But ultimately too, I need to stay in shape because I want to beat my son for a few more years. He's slowly catching up.

Joseph Gray is one of the most accomplished professional trail and mountain runners on the planet. He is a 9-Time World CHAMPION, 31-time USA National team member and 2016 & 2019 World Mountain Running Champion, the American record holder at the Mount Washington Road Race, 2012 XTERRA Trail Run World Championships co-winner, and he is a 16-Time USA National Champion.
