Episode 197 - Vocational Training

As much as we might all hate to admit it, our vocations do factor into our overall quality of life. So when we read unemployment numbers for individuals with disabilities, we get worried. Fortunately, research is here to answer some of the questions related to improving job and vocational training. We sum up some common barriers to employment, a summary of possible interventions, and pick a few examples to go into more procedural detail. So break out your 80s music video training tapes, and let's get to work!
