44. Stephanie Case on her UTS Win, Motherhood & Making Space for Women

44. Stephanie Case on her UTS Win, Motherhood & Making Space for Women

Thrilled to welcome Stephanie Case to the podcast today - a humanitarian lawyer, ultra-runner, and a mum! You might have recently seen her story making waves after she won the Ultra Trail Snowdonia 100km not only starting from wave 3, but also breastfeeding her daughter during the race which was so cool. In this episode, we talk about that powerful moment, her first race since becoming a mum, and everything it taught her. But Stephanie’s journey goes far beyond this win, and it was an awesome opportunity to talk about much more of her story too, from racing epic events such as Tor des Glaciers, her journey to pregnancy, to her work advocating for women in sport, and using her platform to inspire, support and make space for others. I can’t wait for you to hear it.

Subscribe to "She Trails Podcast" for future episodes, where we dive into women trail runner stories, and get inspired to explore new paths and seek our own adventures, whatever they may be.
