The seemingly endless cycle of NFL coaching changes continues and Jason Fitz & Frank Schwab break down what the latest hirings mean for each team. The Las Vegas Raiders announce the hiring of Pete Carroll as their new head coach. Maybe he can’t take the Raiders to a Super Bowl, but can Carroll raise the floor in Las Vegas and bring the team back to winning ways? The Jacksonville Jaguars have reportedly hired Liam Coen as their head coach, but will the mishandling of the situation with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers leave a bad taste in the mouths of both franchises?

Fitz & Frank preview the AFC Championship game between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. On paper, the Bills are the stronger team, but it’s hard to root against the Chiefs in the postseason. Has the rivalry between these two teams and their quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes & Josh Allen become the latest edition of Tom Brady vs. Peyton Manning?
