One Whole Health with Leah Lund

One Whole Health with Leah Lund

Leah Lund is the Founder of One Whole Health. She offers coaching, retreats, and #IAmVibrant Girl's Weekend Getaways. Leah helps her clients to reboot their brains and reprogram the subconscious. She teaches them to have the clarity and courage to be their true self, creating a life they love. Using her background as a Neuro Nutrient Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, and Holistic Health Coach, Leah designed her unique One Whole Health Method™. The One Whole Health Method™ uses NeuroScience, NeuroNutrition, Energy Psychology, and other techniques. Her clients are gaining freedom from many issues such as anxiety, food or body issues, depression, low energy, brain fog, insomnia, pain and burn out.

In today's episode, Leah discusses her own Breast Cancer diagnosis. She shares how she discovered the "bump" and how she has chosen to treat it. In addition, Leah explains NeuroNutrition and how neurotransmitters are what are largely responsible for our moods and physical well being. Importantly how getting real whole nutrient-dense food and a wide variety of nutrients is imperative so that our brain is able to make these neurotransmitters. As well as that, Leah gives our listeners access to her Brain Chemistry assessment so you can determine for yourself if you are depleted in neurotransmitters.
