Eating Disorder Recovery is Possible with Julia Trehane

In this episode, Julia Trehane shares her joy in eating disorder recovery by talking about her own recovery story from anorexia and other eating disorders. Julia is also an eating disorder coach and shares how she helps people recover.

About Julia Trehane

Julia is an eating disorder recovery coach who has herself recovered from over 40 years of anorexia, orthorexia and exercise addiction. She is now on a mission to use her own experience, research and knowledge to help others who are wanting to recover but struggling to do so. Julia is qualified in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for eating disorders, transformational life coaching and spiritual life coaching. She uses those, alongside a deeply supportive and loving nature to guide and support clients from all over the world.

Julia also has a podcast called Fly to Freedom: An Eating Disorder Podcast!

After her own journey to recovery showed her that she had been living in a tiny black and white world, Julia is now living freely in full glorious Technicolor. It became Julia's passion and purpose to help others who are trapped to find that life without an eating disorder is so incredible and totally worth recovering for. She believes that anyone can recover, however long they have been trapped.
