Yoni Sherizen founded Gabriel after witnessing the hampered response to a terror attack in Tel Aviv and, a few days later, the (then) largest mass shooting in the USA. In turn, Yoni recruited a team of leading technologists and security experts to reimagine how we prepare for and respond to critical incidents. Mass shootings have been their initial focus, and Gabriel has deployed in soft target settings such as schools, houses of worship, care facilities and office buildings. In April 2022, Gabriel was 'battle tested' when a shooting broke out at a customer site and the technology successfully automated the critical response to save lives.
