WE ARE CREATED TO CREATE!| Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk the importance of sharing your truths, friendship, community, seeking the pleasures of life, and the duality of motherhood

Hey mamas! In this episode Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia talk about the power we hold in other's lives as women but even more specific as mothers. As moms we NEED to keep showing up no matter what, in real life AND online. Share the pretty, share the ugly, share the cuteness, share the struggle, share it all. Every life is full of beauty no matter the circumstance because through it all, you are still doing the damn thing!!!Motherhood is consistently so many things at one time. It's being overwhelmed all day but missing your child the moment they fall asleep. It's getting angry with them for throwing a tantrum in the middle of the grocery store but feeling so much love as they reach out their arms for you. It's yelling in frustration at them but feeling guilty for not being able to stay calm. That's just what motherhood is sometimes.. and still somehow it's all worth it.We discuss friendship and the importance of finding real friends. Of course people will come and go but you will always know who's truly there for you. Many moms openly discusses how hard it is to find other mom friends but don't give up on finding your people or even just one person. They do exist... and if anything, we are here for you!We are all "CREATED TO CREATE." Our creations are limitless. Creating life, friendships, memories, love, stories, content, knowledge, beauty. REFLECTION IS EVERYTHING! | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastasia reflect on last year and talk about the importance of talking to yourself, caring for your inner child, relearning yourself, evolving, and more

HELLO 2025!!In this episode, we talked about reflection while also reflection on ourselves.Reflection is one of the most important things for us to keep evolving. Understanding your emotions, triggers, mindset involve so much reflecting. We are constantly learning ourselves and will continue to learn ourselves as we grow older and meet new versions of ourselves along the way.As mothers, it's very important that we still prioritize our well being because not only do our kids need to live with that but so do we. Self care is childcare. We tend to carry the unhealed versions of ourselves into our adulthood & motherhood and that's okay, we just need to give our inner child the love and support that she deserves. We hope as you listen to this episode you realize that there is time for you to be the person and mother that you want to be. It may cause you to scream and cry and break down but YOU ARE CAPABLE!! We must give ourselves grace, time, patience, understanding, and love along the way. It might be uncomfortable, but that's only because we haven't done it yet.Self love and care is a lifelong journey, so take your time. You don't have to do it all this year. Do what you can.We love you!

OUR LAST EPISODE OF 2024! Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia end the year off by discussing the major life transition that motherhood brings, along with the amazing community of mothers all across social media.

um...what do you mean an entire YEAR has already passed us by?!? in this episode, Janni and Rachel talk about how pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood is such a huge life transition for woman. often times after becoming a mother, a lot of us find ourselves grieving the women we once were before having children. that's because having a baby not only changes us physically, but it chemically alters our brains. so scientifically, we are absolutely different people. that in itself is such a hard part of motherhood-trying to take care of this little human you created, while also trying to navigate the new woman you are. but listen, you can do it. it won't be easy, and a lot of times you might feel like you might never get your spark back, but with time and a little GRACE...you fill find that spark again. and to all of the mothers on social media who have taken the time to build community on social media, we thank you. and we are beyond grateful to be a part of it. we love you ALL. thank you for an amazing year, and we can't wait to see you in the next.🫶🏼

BLESS THIS MESS! | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastasia discuss mom shaming, postpartum, the tiktok mom community, & how to support a mom friend

In this episode, Janni and Rach really wanted to talk about the "17 diapers" trend that has circling around the tiktok mom community. This trend has opened up room for moms to share their experiences with motherhood on topics that are truly just not discussed, like postpartum rage, aggression, anxiety, depression, etc. and what that looked like for them. As always, we also shared some of our stories for you to know that it is normal and there is nothing wrong with you. These are just the parts of motherhood that are basically kept a secret until you experience them yourself. Trust and believe that you are not alone!!On the other side of it, we talked about the insane amount of mom shaming that comes out of women sharing their vulnerable truths. This shame comes from other moms, men, and people who don't even know what it's like to raise a child. It's sad but people are always going to point fingers and judge without knowing what really goes on behind the scenes of a mothers life. That's why, as a friend, we should all be checking in with these women/men in our life and lifting them up because as we all know, parenthood and life itself can be difficult. We hope through this episode you understand that these things do happen and if you need help it's okay find someone you can talk to. While things are hard remember there is still beauty in the struggle. One day our babies won't be babies anymore and the struggle would have just been a phase. It's going to be okay. Share your truths. Give yourself grace. Listen to no one who won't take a moment to understand. You're doing your best and that is more than enough. love, janni & rach (the young milfs)(We also want to share that we recorded this about a month ago. It was a great movement that brought mothers together but unfortunately recently there has been a lot of backlash on the mother that started this trend for her mistreating her toddler, and we don't stand with that.)

Does the struggle ever really end? | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia take a moment to reflect on the past...touching base on our pregnant and postpartum experiences, relationships, and self care after having a baby-because YOU MATTER TOO!

Does the struggle ever really end? | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastacia take a moment to reflect on the past...touching base on our pregnant and postpartum experiences, relationships, and self care after having a baby-because YOU MATTER TOO!

Hi mamas🫶🏼 it's been a little minute BUT your girls are back. in this episode, we did a little reflecting and talked about the ongoing struggle of motherhood, babies, relationships, and trying to care for yourself through the hard times. We know how difficult it can be to navigate life after having children, but just know, you can do this. We are here to tell our stories, and share our deep feelings and experiences, just so that other woman like us can feel seen. Society has put pressure on mothers and woman for decades, and we are always expected to be "okay" for our children and our families. But truthfully, how can we show up and show out if we can't take care of ourselves first? And this is exactly what A Young Milf Podcast is about. Holding space and building community for woman and mothers to be able to express ourselves, our feelings, and to let it allllll out. We are not perfect, because at the end of the day we are just human. And all we can do is try our best to make it through the struggle. We got you! And we love you, always💗

HE CHEATED ON HIS PREGNANT WIFE?!! | Janni Ayala & Rachel Anastasia discuss men, insecurity, body image, healing and more

In this episode, Janni Ayala and Rachel Anastasia discuss a post that Janni saw in a "Stay At Home Mom" Facebook group where a young mom was pregnant while her husband was on TINDER messaging other women!!!.. From this we discuss the changes that us women go through once a child enters the womb and after they are born. Like trouble with body image, relationships, baby mama (and baby daddy) drama, growth, heartbreak, etc. But also how showing yourself love, patience and understanding will lead you to a better version on you; for you and your little one.As people we will always be going through something new (good and bad), but it is happening FOR YOU!! You may not see it now but let time d0 the healing and keep your eyes open. It's not easy but it is very worth it.
