Markeith Loyd Police Interrogation of a Cop Killer
Markeith Loyd Police Interrogation of a Cop KillerMarkeith Loyd found guilty in the 2017 murder of an Orlando police officer while on the runMarkeith Loyd, who is serving life in prison for killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend and her unborn child in 2016, was found guilty on Wednesday in the fatal shooting of a police officer during the ensuing manhunt.Loyd was convicted on five charges, including first degree murder of a police officer, in relation to the death of Orlando police Lt. Debra Clayton, court records show. He's scheduled to be sentenced on November 6, according to the court filings. The other charges he was convicted of include attempted first degree murder, aggravated assault, carjacking with a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.Prosecutors have filed notice of intent to seek the death penalty, Assistant State Attorney Ryan Williams said via email on Thursday.Loyd had been previously convicted of killing Sade Dixon and her unborn child in December 2016, sparking a massive manhunt. While on the run, he shot and killed Clayton in January 2017 outside a Walmart and was arrested days later.Clayton, 42, was a master sergeant in the police department at the time of her death; she was posthumously promoted to lieutenant."I dreamed of this day, that he would be found guilty of this charge," Orange County Sheriff John Mina said, according to CNN affiliate WESH. Mina was Orlando Police chief at the time of Clayton's death.Loyd's first murder trial led to political clashRegarding the death of Dixon, Loyd avoided the death penalty in October 2019 when a Florida jury unanimously voted not to recommend the sentence. He was convicted that month of first-degree murder, first-degree murder of an unborn child and attempted first-degree murder, along with two counts of attempted felony murder. The question of whether Loyd would get the death penalty after his first trial had led to a contentious legal and political fight in the state. Before the trial started, then-Gov. Rick Scott removed the elected Florida state attorney from Loyd's case after she said she wouldn't seek the death penalty in his or any cases.Markeith Loyd was arrested in January 2017 after more than a month on the run.State attorney Aramis Ayala had argued that evidence showed the death penalty was overly expensive, slow, inhumane and did not increase public safety. Ayala said after "extensive and painstaking thought and consideration," she determined that pursuing the death penalty "is not in the best interest of this community or the best interest of justice."She sued Scott over her reassignment, and the legal disagreement reached the state Supreme Court. The court ruled that Scott was within his right to reassign the cases.Loyd was arrested days after shooting Clayton. He was caught in an abandoned home dressed in body armor and carrying two handguns, police said. In the video after the arrest, Loyd's face appeared to be swollen and bruised, and he said, "They beat me up! They beat me up!" as he walked past reporters. The defense at the first trial argued Dixon was reaching for a gun before Loyd started shooting, CNN affiliate WFTS reported. Loyd's actions leading up to the shooting were evidence of premeditation, prosecutors argued.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body - The Most DISTURBING Interrogation You'll EVER Hear
Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body - The Most DISTURBING Interrogation You'll EVER HearGuess I Lost My Virginity to a Corpse: The Kevin Davis Murder CaseDavis bashed his mother's head in with a hammerSummary: Corpus Christi resident Kevin Davis strangled his mother before hitting her in the head with a hammer, splitting her skull. Davis then ‘swirled’ her brain around before sexually assaulting her corpse. Davis was sentenced to life in prison for the crime of a mom who he described as “The best.”In 2014, Kevin Jazrael Davis argued with his mother, 50-year-old Kimberly Hill, in the Corpus Christi, TX, apartment he shared with her and his sister, Destinee. On May 26, Davis called 911, reporting that he’d just murdered his mother. Once at the police station, then 18-year-old Davis vividly detailed the day’s events, sometimes with a smirk on his face. What he told detectives was gruesome and shocking: Kevin admitted bashing \Hill’s head with a hammer, swirling her brain around, and then, sexually assaulting her corpse."I'll Kill My Mom Instead"On the morning of March 27, 2014, Davis, bored and frustrated with life, told his mother he did not like people and that he wanted to commit suicide. Obviously caught off guard by the statement, Hill allegedly told her son that she could not stop him if that was what he wanted to do. Kevin later told police hearing this from his mother enraged him. It was then he decided to take her life.As Hill sat on the couch in the living room, Davis came up behind her, attempting to strangle her with a cord. Hill began screaming. Kevin panicked, retrieved a hammer, and began bashing in his mother’s skull. Davis struck his mother in the head with the hammer at least 20 times, splitting her skull in the process.Davis then retrieved a kitchen knife and used it to insert inside his mother’s head wound. He swirled her brain around “to make sure she was dead,” Kevin claimed and then inserted his hand inside the wound. He would tell detectives during a taped interrogation that his mother’s brain felt like “putty.”Kevin then dragged his mother’s lifeless body to her bedroom and raped her corpse. When he finished the sadistic act, he went to a neighbor’s house, saying he just killed someone and needed help. The neighbor dialed 911.This is the interrogation of Kevin Davis.Man Kills His Mom has SEX with Her Body The Most DISTURBING Interrogation You'll EVER HearTrue Crime Podcast 2022 Police Interrogations, 911 Calls and True Police Stories PodcastBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.

Serial Killer Ottis Toole [Serial Killer Documentary]
Serial Killer Ottis Toole [Serial Killer Documentary]Ottis Elwood Toole (March 5, 1947 – September 15, 1996) was a vagabond and serial murderer from the United States who was convicted of six charges of murder. Toole, like his friend Henry Lee Lucas, made admissions that he later recanted, resulting in murder convictions. The dismissal of Lucas's case for killings for which Toole had provided supporting statements raised questions about whether either was a true serial murderer or, as Hugh Aynesworth contended, both were just docile interviewees employed by police to wipe unsolved murders from the books. Toole was sentenced to death twice, but on appeal, his sentences were reduced to life in prison. He died of cirrhosis in his cell at the age of 49.On the basis of recanted confessions, police ascribed the 1981 murder of Adam Walsh to Toole. Lucas had backed Toole's confession to the Walsh murder, alleging that he had the victim's severed head in his hands.Serial Killer Ottis Toole Serial Killer DocumentaryBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/true-cheating-stories-2025--5953081/support.
