Meditation Monday: Nervous System Reset Meditation

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

With so much happening in the world right now, it can feel as though our nervous systems are being constantly activated - even hijacked - as everything around us seems to be collapsing and crumbling. As I shared in the Cosmic Weather Report this week, it is from these moments that we remember who we are, reclaim what has been lost, and begin to rise again. But we can only do that from a place of feeling safe, grounded and regulated within ourselves. This meditation is here to gently support you back into that place - helping you soften your body, settle your nervous system and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner safety, so you can meet these times with steadiness, clarity and trust in yourself.❤️
