Caleb Flynn's Daughters AND His Alleged Mistress Are All on the Witness List

The prosecution's witness list in the Caleb Flynn murder trial reads like the unraveling of a carefully constructed life. The woman with whom Caleb was allegedly having an affair is on it. So are his two young daughters, who were inside the Tipp City home when their mother Ashley was shot twice in the head on February 16, 2026. A judge ruled the daughters will testify via audio only — no video cameras during their testimony. The alleged mistress faces no such restriction. Caleb's defense rests on a burglar. He claims someone broke into his Ford pickup truck, stole his 9mm handgun, and used it to kill Ashley. Prosecutors say he staged the entire scene and that investigators saw through it within hours. He was arrested 82 hours after the 911 call. The 11-count indictment includes aggravated murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and witness intimidation. His bond was set at $3.5 million. Defense attorney L. Patrick Mulligan has 128 names on his own witness list.
