My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

In last week’s Cosmic Weather Report, I invited you to create a daily ritual that supports you - a moment to rest, receive, and make space for growth. This week’s meditation is simple, and I want you to commit to it every single day. I’ll guide you in, and then leave you for five quiet minutes to simply rest, receive, dream, or whatever you most need. I say this often, especially at this time of year when life becomes so busy, but if you can’t find five minutes a day for yourself, something needs to shift. This meditation gives you those five minutes - just for you.❤️
