Meditation Monday: Coming Home to Your Heart

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This is a week to come home to your heart and gently allow any armour you've been carrying to soften and fall away. With Mercury retrograde in Cancer and Jupiter meeting Chiron, old emotions may rise from the past, asking not to be fixed or pushed away, but simply felt, honoured and released.
