Meditation Monday: Stepping Into Your Power

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week we enter Leo season, the season for celebration and living boldly from your heart. So today I wanted to bring you a meditation to create an anchor of inner strength and courage that you can return to at any time you feel uncertain or wobble in life. You can begin this meditation seated, but partway through the meditation I'll ask you to stand, so you may want to do the entire meditation standing.❤️
