Meditation Monday: Be Open to Miracles

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week we have the Jupiter cazimi, often called the luckiest day of the year. It's a day of miracles, expansion, abundance, and opening yourself to new possibilities and opportunities. To help us work with these energies, today's practice combines meditation with journaling, as so many of you enjoyed the journaling element a few weeks ago. So before we begin, make sure you have something to write with. Once we've opened ourselves up to receiving guidance, insights and inspiration, I'll invite you to journal on a question. As you write, allow your imagination to go as big and as wild as it wants to. Don't overthink it, simply let the words flow onto the page.
