Jamie Jones is the CEO of TeamLogic IT in Tomball, Texas, where his team serves as the outsourced IT department for small and medium-sized businesses: managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and around-the-clock support.

He walks through exactly how to verify a sender by checking the domain after the @ sign, including the lookalike trick where scammers spell Microsoft with an r and an n instead of an m.
