Caleb Flynn Said 'Tomorrow's a Big Day' - Then WHAT Happened?!

Caleb Flynn's words to Alleigha Botner in the hours before Ashley Flynn's death are now being measured against what Botner says she believed those words meant. She testified that Flynn promised February 16, 2026 would be the day he finally left his marriage.

Botner told jurors that Flynn walked her through his plan: talk to Ashley, speak with his daughters and Ashley's parents, ask about employment, get a hotel, and move out. She said their messages stretched past midnight. She also testified that she used ChatGPT that evening for information about divorce, proof of an affair, and deleting messages, then sent Flynn screenshots.

The next morning, Ashley was found dead in the Flynn home. Flynn reported an intruder. Prosecutors allege he killed Ashley and staged the scene; Flynn has pleaded not guilty. Botner said the timing struck her as too much of a coincidence. She messaged Flynn asking whether he was involved, then deleted the messages because she was afraid investigators would discover the affair. Botner also admitted she initially denied the relationship when questioned by the FBI.

Defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins Tony Brueski to put those facts into the courtroom fight. Prosecutors are asking jurors to consider the messages as part of their theory of planning and motive. The defense can challenge how much weight to give Botner's interpretation, her deleted communications, and her admitted initial lie to investigators.
