She has been the mental conditioning consultant for Texas A&M Women’s Soccer, University of Tennessee Women’s Soccer, Rowing and Swimming/Diving, Maryville College Volleyball, the Southeast Florida Figure Skating Club (including Amanda Evora, Olympic Pairs skater) in addition to all of the IMG sports. In addition to her applied experience, Taryn also taught an Introduction to Sport and Exercise Psychology class and numerous activity classes at the University of Tennessee and the University of Florida. She has been invited to speak at camps and clinics across the nation and has presented at national and international conferences.

Episode 11 with Reilly Dampeer: Teamwork, Performance, Olympic Movement
Reilly Dampeer, Head Coach and High Performance Program Director USRowing National High Performance Center Bio from RiverSportOKC.com.... Beginning her fourth season at the Oklahoma City High Performance Center and twelve year coaching rowing, Coach Dampeer continues to build a strong development program for rowing in the United States. Coach Dampeer has coached various national team athletes since 2010, at events including Senior, U23 and U19 World Championships, Pan American Games, and World Cups. In 2019, Dampeer coached Katelin Gildersleeve to a bronze medal finish in the women’s single at the U19 World Championships in Toyko and Privel Hinkati, of Benin, to qualification in the men’s single for the 2020 Olympic Games. Dampeer came to Oklahoma in 2016 from Washington, DC, where she was the coach of a high performance club rowing program for eight years. She has also coached many athletes to the podium at National Championships, National Selection Regattas and other international events like Henley Royal Regatta and the Australian National Championships. Coach Dampeer is a participant in the U.S. Olympic Committee National Team Coach Leadership and Education Program. The goal of this program is to develop leadership skills in National Team coaches which, in turn, will help enhance the performance of National Team athletes and lead to sustained international competitive excellence. Dampeer’s expertise is in training program development, technical coaching and innovation in integrating emerging science in rowing. As an athlete, Dampeer rowed for Santa Clara University for four years, and after college trained at several clubs around the country. She won a National Championship title in the Single, and represented the U.S. at the 2007 Pan American Games in the Single and Quadruple Sculls, taking silver in the Quad.

Episode 10 with Rosie Kays: Life Skills, Failure, Character
Rosie Kays joined the Fighting Tiger coaching staff before the start of the 2017 soccer season. In her first three years as the women's soccer head coach, Kays has concentrated on building a solid foundation to ensure long term success through excellent recruiting classes that aren't just talented on the soccer field, but also in the classroom. Besides being the women's soccer head coach, Coach Kays has worn multiple hats around the athletic department. For a short time, she served as the Director of Campus Recreation and had a major hand in jump starting the campuses intramural leagues. Now, one of the hats she wears within the athletic department is the Student-Athlete Affairs Administrator. As an administrator, she oversees all the members of our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), ensuring that student-athletes have a voice on important topics and that their voices are heard. She is also Cobleskill's Summer Camp Coordinator for all Fighting Tiger camps. On the soccer field, Coach Kays has experienced one of the best turnarounds in the country. After going 0-17 during the 2017 season, she brought in her first recruiting class and saw an instant change. The next season they improved their win total by six games and went 6-11 on the year. On top of having one of the best turnarounds at the Division III level, she also had three players named to the Third Team All-Conference team. Kays came to Cobleskill in 2017 after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at her alma mater Neumann University. In 2016, she helped the Knights post a 9-9-1 overall record including a 6-4-1 mark in Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) play, a significant improvement over the 2015 campaign that saw the team finish 3-13-1 with a 3-8 conference record. During her coaching career, Kays has also served as Big East Conference member Villanova University's Director of Soccer Operations during 2016. Before pursuing a coaching career, Kays earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport & Entertainment Management from Neumann University. While she was there, she was a four-year member of the women's soccer team and a four-time selection to the CSAC All-Academic Team during her playing career. She later earned her Master of Science Degree in Sport Business from Temple University while serving as Neumann's volunteer assistant coach. She was later promoted and named the first assistant for her excellent work. Kays also has her United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Class D, E and F coaching licenses.

Episode 9 with Ryan Gensler: Advocate, Analyze, Philosophy
Bio cited from University of Dayton Athletics (2020)... Ryan Gensler is the current assistant women's basketball coach at the University of Dayton. Gensler comes to Dayton after spending the past two seasons on the University of Florida women's basketball staff, serving as the video coordinator. In 2017, he was named the Co-National Basketball Video Coordinator of the Year by the Collegiate Sports Video Association Executive Board (CSVA). He was also on the staff for the 2015-16 season in which the Gators went 22-9 and earned a berth in the NCAA Tournament. Prior to his time in Gainesville, Gensler was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for Loyola-Maryland from 2013-15, an assistant coach at fellow Atlantic 10 program St. Bonaventure from 2011-13 (during which the Bonnies advanced to the Sweet 16), and Director of Basketball Operations/Graduate Assistant Coach at Providence College from 2009-11. Gensler earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University in 2009 before receiving his master's degree from Providence in 2011. Gensler lives in Dayton with his wife Leanna, son Jackson, and their dog, Bo.

Episode 8 with Ben Kay: Mentoring, Relationships, Culture
Biography from gobroncs.com: Ben Kay joined the Rider Men's Basketball coaching staff as Director of Player Development in July 2018. He was promoted to Director of Basketball Operations for the 2019-20 season. Kay spent 2017-18 as Head Coach at Penn State Brandywine, leading the Lions to one of the top seasons in program history. During the 2017-18 campaign, Kay led Brandywine to its first-ever conference championship after reaching the title game for the first time since 1991, as well as an appearance at the USCAA Tournament. Kay was named Sam Cozen Small College Coach of the Year after leading the Lions to more than 20 games for the first time in 12 years. The Lions became the first men's team from Brandywine to win a national tournament game when they knocked off NHTI, reaching the national semifinals. Brandywine led the conference in points scored (86) and turnovers forced (23). Under Kay's tutelage, three players garnered USCAA All-American awards. Kay's first season began with a regular-season game at the Palestra against Penn, Brandywine's first-ever against an NCAA Division I opponent. Overall, the Lions posted a 21-8 record, finishing second in the PSUAC during the regular season before ousting Penn State Wilkes Barre in the conference championship game. Kay joined the Brandywine athletic staff after two successful seasons as an assistant men’s basketball coach and recruiting coordinator at West Chester University. During his first season at West Chester, Kay helped guide the Golden Rams to a top-25 ranking and the best record in program history as West Chester reached the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Tournament championship and received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Included among his duties at West Chester was scouting opponents, game planning both offensive and defensive strategies, running team and individual film sessions as well as fundraising. Kay was also the lead recruiter for the team, scouting high school and AAU games and working with coaches to recruit some of the most talented student-athletes in the mid-Atlantic region. While at West Chester, Kay began a mentoring program for the men’s basketball team, matching student-athletes with basketball alumni and business professionals. The goal of the mentoring program was to build relationships, while also teaching student-athletes professional skills and lessons necessary for a successful career outside of basketball following graduation. Kay also co-directed West Chester’s summer day camps and skills camps, which were some of the largest of their kind on the east coast, while also co-directing a team camp and high school league during the summer, annually featuring 30 teams from the Greater Philadelphia the area. In 2012, Kay co-founded the Treasure Beach Jamaican Youth Basketball Camp and still serves as the camp director, currently. At the camp, which serves underprivileged youth in Jamaica, teaching basketball skills and teamwork, Kay oversees 25 counselors and over 400 campers annually during the week-long event. He also manages the finances for the camp, which has fundraised $50,000. Prior to his time at West Chester, Kay served as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator for the Immaculata University men’s basketball team. At Immaculata, he led recruiting in the tri-state area, while also aiding in all aspects of player development, game day preparation and opponent scouting. Kay began his coaching career as an undergraduate student at Drexel University where he was a practice player and student assistant coach for the Dragons’ women’s basketball team for four seasons. A 2012 graduate of Drexel, Kay earned his bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. He’s also earned his master’s degree in public administration and sports management at West Chester University.

Matt Blood has an experience in demonstrating growth throughout his time working in baseball. Following his time at UNC, he spent several years climbing the baseball operations ladder. From seven years of scouting with the St. Louis Cardinals, he led the 18U National Team with USA Baseball before entering the Director of Player Development roles with the Texas Rangers and currently, Baltimore Orioles. Blood's skill set and interest in developing people is shown through his work with coaches and players in the Orioles' organization.
