My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set yourself up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation throughout the week as many times as you like.

It's Valentine's Day this week, and so I wanted to bring you a self-love meditation to help you to begin to forge a deep connection with yourself and to show up and be there for you. In this meditation, you'll give and receive your own love and give yourself what you need beginning the week as you mean to go on.
