Our Quarterly Corporate Event Was Crazy - Ep 87

On today's episode, we're diving into a topic that's a blend of pure excitement and, let's be real, a total headache—our quarterly events. But I have to say, I absolutely love them. Every time we do these, they completely fill our cup, and the energy from everyone who attends is incredible. We recently wrapped up our Q3 event, and let me tell you, the amount of time, energy, and resources that go into planning these is no joke. But it's 100% worth it.

Today, I want to share how these events have played a massive role in building the culture at Genesis and how implementing something similar could benefit any company. Whether you're just starting out or looking to scale, this could be a game-changer for you. We started this whole process when we were launching into the EOS model—the Entrepreneurial Operating System. They recommend getting your execs in the same room quarterly to go over key performance indicators (KPIs), core values, opportunities, and issues. So, back in January of last year, we held our first meeting in Las Vegas, and it's grown so much since then.

From the 13 people representing a handful of locations in that first meeting to the 40-plus we had at our most recent one, it's wild to see how far we've come. These events are now a space where our leaders can share what's working in their clinics, learn from each other, and collaborate on ideas that drive the entire company forward. It's honestly so rewarding to watch.

It's a lot of work, but it's all about creating that strong company culture and making sure everyone feels connected, even when we're spread across the country. So if you're thinking about scaling your business, or even just bringing your team closer together, tune in—we've got a lot to share.

Welcome to The Spinoso Podcast hosted by CEO, doctor, comic book geek, and car guy, Alex Spinoso. I help people and companies grow - especially in the medical business. While my experience and expertise is in scaling all types of medical businesses to 7, 8, 9-figures or more, I can be a mentor to anyone who wants to take ownership of their lives, become a better leader at home and at work, and overcome any obstacle that stands in their way.
