At Genesis, we've built our company on clear, structured, and consistent communication through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). We hold quarterly corporate meetings where we bring in 20 to 40 of our executives and managers to discuss everything from past successes to future goals. This structure ensures that everyone is aligned, from our top executives to our clinic staff. But as we scale past 40 locations, we're evolving our approach—taking inspiration from companies like NVIDIA—to implement monthly all-hands meetings and making communication even more transparent across all levels of the company.

To keep our team connected daily, we rely on Workplace for Meta, which functions as our internal communication hub. This platform allows for real-time collaboration among staff, sharing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing our core values. We also use Genesis University, our Learning Management System, to streamline training and onboarding, making it easier for new hires to get up to speed. By centralizing all training resources, from treatment protocols to sales techniques, we ensure consistency across all clinics, making growth scalable and repeatable. Additionally, we invest in hands-on training by sending new hires to our training clinics and deploying top-performing clinic directors to underperforming locations to elevate standards across the board.

At the core of all of this is culture and collaboration. We don't just communicate for the sake of talking; we foster an environment of shared knowledge and mutual growth. By continuously reinforcing our seven core values, encouraging team members to solve problems together, and breaking down silos between clinics, we create a thriving company culture. Whether it's through texting virtual assistants across the world or training staff to uplift each other's strengths, we make sure everyone is working toward a common goal.
