The Dark Side of Ambition -EP 207

Amanda and I open up about what it's taken from us, what it's taught us, and how we're learning to balance the hustle with compassion for others and ourselves. We talk about being more present, how we each try to connect with our partners and kids, and the habits we're building to protect our mental and physical health.
