As a dad of four, I wrestle with how to set up my kids without softening them, how to test them without punishing them, and how to make sure they build their own muscle instead of leaning on mine.

If you're building without a safety net, no handouts, no bailout money, I want you to know you're better off. You're not behind, you're building a foundation that will last. The legacy you create won't just be wealth, it will be self-respect, confidence, and fulfillment that no one can ever take from you. That's what matters, and that's what will endure.
