How to Grow a Medical Practice From 0 to 40 Clinics - EP 231

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Clint to share the unfiltered version of my story. I went from being a prison doctor on a 2,000-inmate yard to building an eight-figure medical wellness company. The turning point was risking half my savings to join a mastermind, selling my house, and opening our first clinic out of two rented rooms in a chiropractic office. That leap became Genesis Lifestyle Medicine, now 40+ locations and entering what we call Genesis 2.0.

My mindset had to change from "what if it fails" to "what if I don't try." Analysis paralysis almost kept me in a safe government job. The truth is, for most medical entrepreneurs, the worst case is going back to what you were already doing. Once I accepted that, I could move fast, learn faster, and keep betting on myself even when it felt uncomfortable.

We dig into building a purpose-driven company that actually cares for people and still scales. I walk through operating on facts, not feelings, stacking services that complement each other, and creating a culture that asks for referrals, earns reviews, and delivers with integrity.
